Jump naturally over fences, walls and closed fence gates.

Tired of getting stuck on fences around farms, villages or animal pens? FenceJumper adds a small movement boost when you actually press jump near a valid obstacle, letting you clear it without feeling like a double jump or an exaggerated super jump.

Just walk or sprint toward the obstacle and jump normally. No items, commands or complicated setup are required.

🎮 How to Use It

Walk or sprint toward a fence, wall or closed fence gate.
Press jump.
FenceJumper applies a small boost.
You clear the obstacle and continue moving.

🧱 Supported Obstacles

FenceJumper is designed around common obstacles that normally behave like 1.5-block barriers.

Wooden fences
Nether brick fences
Walls
Closed fence gates

Open fence gates are ignored because the player can already walk through them normally.

FenceJumper can also recognize compatible obstacle blocks from other addons.

🔎 Identifier Detection

Custom blocks can be detected when their identifier ends with:

_fence
_wall
_fence_gate

🏷️ Supported Tags

Custom blocks can also be supported through these tags:

This allows compatible fences and walls from other addons to work with FenceJumper without changing the normal movement system.

⚙️ Cleaner & Safer Movement

V2.0 only applies the boost when the player is actually trying to jump over a valid obstacle.

The addon also checks the space above the player before applying the boost. If there is a low ceiling, FenceJumper avoids launching the player into it.

This makes the mechanic more suitable for caves, compact bases, farms and tighter builds where an uncontrolled jump boost would be annoying.
