This update also adds a configuration interface for the addon, which gives you several options to customize the addon to your liking. Below, I will explain the options you can configure:
Enable Addon
Enables or disables the entire System Wolf Armor addon. When this option is disabled, custom wolf armor features will stop working.
Armor Protection
Allows wolf armor to protect wolves from damage. When enabled, armored wolves will receive less damage during combat.
Armor Durability
Enables durability for wolf armor. When this option is enabled, armor will slowly lose durability when the wolf takes damage and can eventually break.
Armor Abilities
Enables the special abilities of each wolf armor type, such as speed, strength, fire resistance, knockback, or XP effects.
Equip / Unequip Sounds
Enables sounds when wolf armor is equipped or removed. Disable this option if you prefer a quieter experience.
Break Sound
Enables the armor breaking sound when a wolf armor reaches zero durability and breaks.
Ability Particles
Shows particles from armor abilities and effects. Disable this option if you want better performance or fewer visual effects.
Armors Skills
Extra abilities were also added to the armors. These abilities can be disabled if the player does not want the armors to have extra effects, using the configuration book and the following option:
It can be easily disabled by simply clicking the button. If the player wants to enable it again, they just need to open the configuration book once more and turn it back on.
Copper Wolf Armor
Copper Wolf Armor gives your wolf a small strength boost while equipped. This makes your wolf more useful in combat and allows it to deal extra damage when attacking enemies.
Iron Wolf Armor
Iron Wolf Armor gives your wolf an XP bonus ability. When your armored wolf attacks enemies, it can generate experience orbs, making it useful for players who want extra rewards during combat.
Gold Wolf Armor
Gold Wolf Armor gives your wolf a speed boost while equipped. This allows your wolf to move faster, follow the player more easily, and react quicker during combat.
Diamond Wolf Armor
Diamond Wolf Armor gives your wolf a knockback ability. When your wolf attacks an enemy, it can push the target back, helping keep dangerous mobs away from the wolf or the player.
Netherite Wolf Armor
Netherite Wolf Armor gives your wolf fire resistance while equipped. This protects your wolf from fire and makes it much safer to use in the Nether or around lava.

If you lose the configuration book that the addon gives you when creating the world, you can craft it in the crafting table using the following recipe

Copper armor for wolves has been added. It can be crafted on the crafting table as follows. It has a durability of 25 hits and deals damage equivalent to a netherite sword.

This addon currently adds 4 new wolf armors, designed to provide better protection for your loyal companions.
Thanks to these new armors, your wolves will be able to withstand much more intense battles, survive longer, and accompany you more safely on any adventure.
The new armors are crafted from different materials, each with its own unique advantages when equipped on your wolves.
Please note that these attributes and benefits are subject to change in future versions, as this is the first version of the addon.
Wolf Gold Armor
The gold armor allows your wolf to withstand approximately 20 hits equivalent to the damage of a netherite sword.
If it takes weaker attacks, its durability will last longer; however, stronger hits will reduce its resistance more quickly.
Keep in mind that extremely powerful attacks may still defeat the wolf, even with the armor equipped.
Iron Wolf Armor
The iron armor allows your wolf to withstand approximately 30 hits equivalent to the damage of a netherite sword. If it takes weaker attacks, its durability will last longer; however, stronger hits will reduce its resistance more quickly.
Keep in mind that extremely powerful attacks may still defeat the wolf, even with the armor equipped.
Diamond Armor
The gold armor allows your wolf to withstand approximately 40 hits equivalent to the damage of a netherite sword.
If it takes weaker attacks, its durability will last longer; however, stronger hits will reduce its resistance more quickly.
Keep in mind that extremely powerful attacks may still defeat the wolf, even with the armor equipped.
Netherite Armor
The netherite armor allows your wolf to withstand approximately 50 hits equivalent to the damage of a netherite sword.
If it takes weaker attacks, its durability will last longer; however, stronger hits will reduce its resistance more quickly.
Keep in mind that extremely powerful attacks may still defeat the wolf, even with the armor equipped.
