🐉 System Hydra – Minecraft Bedrock
Face a powerful three-headed Hydra boss with multiple variants and attacks.
System Hydra adds a new boss called the Hydra to Minecraft Bedrock. It is a powerful mythological creature with three heads and several abilities.
🐉 Hydra Variants
The addon includes 4 Hydra variants, differentiated by their spawn locations and by some of their attacks and effects.
- Poison Hydra: Normally generates in swamps.
- Electric Hydra: Usually appears in plains biomes.
- Fire Hydra: Appears only in the Nether.
- Ice Hydra: Usually appears in cold biomes.

⚔️ Hydra Attacks
🐉 Melee Attack
The Hydra can use different numbers of heads for its melee attack, ranging from a single head to all 3 heads.
The attack using all 3 heads is described as lethal.
🎯 Ranged Attack
When the Hydra considers the player far enough away, it can launch a projectile that applies a negative effect if it hits directly.
The head used to fire the projectile can vary.
💥 Stomp Attack
After receiving a certain number of hits, the Hydra can perform a Stomp Attack that launches the player into the air and can cause a fatal fall.
The original description recommends using Feather Drop to avoid this attack.
📢 Roar Attack
After receiving a certain number of hits, the Hydra can use its roar to send the player flying, causing a hard fall and considerable damage.

- Fixed a bug where Hydras would not attack after standing up.
- Fixed a bug where the Poison Hydra structure would not spawn the Hydra.
- Fixed the animation loop issue when the Hydra stands up.
- Increased Hydra health and damage.
- Improved Stomp and Roar attacks, including damage timing against the player.
- Improved the position where Hydra projectiles spawn.
- Increased Hydra collision size.
- Reduced Hydra attack cooldown.
- Hydras are now immune to projectiles and fall damage.
🆕 Update V1.5
❤️ Hydra Heart
Hydra Hearts can only be obtained by killing Hydras and have a 25% chance of being obtained.
They can be used to craft powerful items.
🧪 Hydra Potions
Four Hydra Potions were added: Poison, Fire, Ice, and Electric. They are described as less powerful than the Hydra Slayer but easier to craft.

- Regeneration III (2:30)
- Fire Resistance V (2:30)
Poison Hydra Potion
- Regeneration III (2:30)
- Jump Boost II (2:30)
Ice Hydra Potion
- Regeneration III (2:30)
- Speed III (2:30)
Electric Hydra Potion
- Regeneration III (2:30)
- Resistance V (2:30)
Crafting requires parts from the corresponding Hydra type, arranged on the Crafting Table as shown in the original example.

Hydra Totems grant permanent effects while held in the second hand.

- Immunity to Poison
- Jump Boost II
- Regeneration II
Electric Hydra Totem
- Immunity to Weakness Effect
- Resistance II
- Regeneration II
Fire Hydra Totem
- Night Vision II
- Fire Resistance II
- Regeneration II
Ice Hydra Totem
- Immunity to Slow Effect
- Speed II
- Regeneration II
Totem crafting uses Hydra parts corresponding to the type of Totem being crafted.
🆕 Update V1.4
🐎 Saddled Hydra
The Saddled Hydra item allows players to ride Hydras. Scale variants can be used in its crafting process.
📿 Hydra Tamed Amulet
The Hydra Tamed Amulet allows players to tame Hydras. Eye variants can be used to craft it.
To tame a Hydra, defeat it and, while it is on the ground, give it the amulet so that it will obey you.
📦 Hydra Chest Mechanic
A normal Chest can be placed in the second slot of the Hydra's inventory to provide extra storage slots.

👁️ Hydra Eyes
Hydra Eyes can be obtained by defeating Hydras with a 40% chance.
They can be used to create a powerful potion.
🦷 Hydra Fang
Hydra Fangs can be obtained by defeating Hydras with a 40% chance.
They are used for crafting a powerful potion.
🥩 Hydra Flesh
Defeating Hydras can provide Hydra Flesh. It can be eaten raw or cooked.
- Raw: Restores 2.5 hunger bars.
- Cooked: Restores 6 hunger bars.
- Amount: Between 4 and 8 pieces can be obtained after defeating a Hydra.
🧪 Hydra Killing Potion
This potion is crafted using the materials described above and grants the following effects:
- Fire Resistance V
- Jump Boost II
- Regeneration III
- Stamina V
- Speed III
🏛️ Hydra Structures
Hydra generation through structures was added, with each structure focused on a specific Hydra element.

👤 No player.json
The addon does not use player.json, allowing it to be used
with almost any other addon.
🧪 No Experimental Features
The addon does not require experimental gameplay to work correctly.
